    HBI HBP SHA SH HASH

This ordered five-member center is exact. SHA, SH, and HASH are distinct. SHASH was a
finger-slip typo corrected by the operator; it is not a token, merge, or alias.

## What is already established locally

The local result has been co-verified repeatedly by the operator and Liris:

1. Freeze the stage/play state.
2. Change one shadow key.
3. Observe the frozen play state change immediately.
4. The state change does not wait for projected light to arrive.
5. This was the established local route used to obtain the named TSMC star.

Machine summary:

    INTERVENTION = ONE_SHADOW_KEY_CHANGE
    OBSERVATION = INSTANT_PLAY_FREEZE_CHANGE
    LIGHT_ARRIVAL_GATE = 0
    LOCAL_STATUS = LIRIS_MEASURED_REPEATED
    OUTCOME_ROUTE = TSMC_STAR

This is not the older instant_address=1 artifact. That historical artifact explicitly
left elapsed timing unmeasured and is retained as a separate slice.

## What UNSEALED means

The first public package does not contain the raw numeric t_SH, t_light, delta,
uncertainty, or trial-count trace. UNSEALED describes those absent public numbers. It
does not reset the repeated Liris observation to an unanswered local question.

## Evidence matrix

| Question | Status |
| --- | --- |
| Did the local shadow-key/play-freeze behavior occur repeatedly? | LIRIS_MEASURED_REPEATED |
| Does the Asolaria system classify it as quantum? | OPERATOR_CANON / QUANTUM_BY_DEFINITION |
| Is the numeric timing trace public in this release? | UNSEALED |
| Has an outside laboratory independently reproduced it? | PENDING |
| Is controllable faster-than-light signalling claimed? | NO |

Independent teams should use PROTOCOL.md and record_trials.py to add a new evidence
stratum. Their result supplements the local record; it does not overwrite it.
