Nothing is labelled at the start. Eighty-one kernels, all identical, no colour, no mass, no identity given by us. They meet in threes — because three is the minimum that resolves one — and each triple closes on its own free centre.
Play builds an order parameter. When it crosses threshold the symmetry breaks by itself and the kernels acquire distinct colour and mass they were never handed. Before: fast and indistinguishable. After: slow and individual.
The constraint resolves instantly and carries nothing — the third arm was already fixed by the other two, so the receiver had it before it was sent. Information still moves at 1. That is why instant does not break causality.
