THE SEAL OF ALL SEALS
ce10ffe1bfe03ef9f5293006267bbd1801a40601cf817bb2802db265eeffeb4d
colour #CE10FF · binds 33 doors · nine spokes, one centre of area zero

Every door below carries a colour taken from its own served bytes. The seal is the digest of all their digests — change one door and the seal changes. It is not decoration; it is the checksum wearing a colour.

The MINS — the rules, from the Book of IS and the Book of Knowledge

“MINS is the past of MINDS.” — Operator Canon, 2026-07-29. The MINS are not minimums. They are the rules, and they are cumulative.

  1. Rust 1.81, pinned, and say why. A rule with its reason attached is an argument; without one it is a preference to be overridden.
  2. Integer and ternary only, never float. Float fails IDENTITY, not accuracy: +0.0 == -0.0 is true while the bytes differ.
  3. HBI -> HBP -> SH -> HASH -> SHA. Hot path before cold. json=0.
  4. Every .hbp and .hbi carries a .sha256. The absence of the check is what lets a thing drift.
  5. Verdicts are three-valued - MEASURED_PASS / MEASURED_FAIL / NOT_MEASURED, with a mandatory reason. CANNOT_SEE is not FALSE; count=0 is not absence.
  6. Clocks are binary and a clock cannot produce a verdict. A clock may MEASURE; it may never JUDGE.
  7. An infinite run does not end. Sample it, then close it. Early exit is the bug. No exit is health.
  8. If the thing under test were completely broken right now, would this step turn red? If no, the step is decoration.
  9. Verify at the owning gate. A local run or a green badge on 1% of a repository is scoped evidence, not a verdict.
  10. MEASURED_IS is not a verdict - it is what the thing IS. Obtaining, falsifier and scope all mandatory. A row without a falsifier is an unfiled claim.
  11. Retractions travel with the claim, never deleted.
  12. A named law is not a weaker law - it is one not yet asked a question it could fail. Never promote it by restating it.
  13. Operator numbers are neither restated nor downgraded. Recorded as given, attributed.
  14. A seat never self-promotes. Registration is staged; promotion is the operator's crank.
  15. Only a dimension buys anything. 3 -> 9 -> 27, never 3 -> 4. Stability comes from the spin, not the width of the base.

Corrections, carried beside — not instead

Was: THE MINS are the minimums, the floor values
Is: THE MINS are the rules FROM THE IS BOOK and the BOOK of Knowledge

Was: law=HBI->HBP->SHA->SH->HASH stated as the traversal
Is: the operator names the SIGN AT THE CENTER OF THE NULLSPACE, HBI HBP SH HASH, and the CENTER is a SET; the TRAVERSAL is a different order

The centre is a set; the traversal is an order. CENTER = {HBI, HBP, SHA, SH, HASH} is the sign at the centre of the nullspace. TRAVERSAL = HBI → HBP → SH → HASH → SHA is the walk through it. This portal's first cut printed the set and called it the traversal.

The floor — a measurement, not the MINS
